No one stops anyone from being in all the forums and Q&A's I say - this is place for Kenyan/regional techies to hang out and just about anything technical goes.

Then perhaps to leave the forum for discussions... For instance, the discussion that drew my attention to join here was by one John K. on NCC's parking app.
