I am looking for an experienced Scriptcase Developer to help with a project. I Have an already running WebApp developed using PHPRunner but having discovered ScriptCase, i am convinced i need to have it redone so that i can take advantage of its built in abilities.

Any other PHP RAD tools with similar capabilities are welcome, in case they exist. The main drivers are mainly the limited time to develop and less costly support and maintenance after main development.
