Simple. Login to your gmail.com account and send a test e-mail to your work address. See if you get a delivery error in your gmail account.

If you'd like some serious and instant help, give us your work e-mail address and we'll figure out all the rest for you by running the relevant tests. We cannot guess what the problem is now without any data to work with. It might as well be OsamaBinLaden to blame for your woes.
