Thoughts based on experience.
1. Although i still use tables, it's for relatively un-acceptably stubborn clients who "Know" a bit about Web Development and insist that it's been that way always. So, Seeing as how you've already got a CSS input, change all tables to CSS. 2. The design is fairly simple but your aesthetic value is diminished by usability. 3. The links that identify navigation ( Our Profile ) etc. Should have hyperlinks attached to the images, ease of nav. 4. Admin references, repeated addresses, all can go.
It's a great site, needs some more.. experience and usability up's. Get in touch with me on rahim@megapixels.co.ke if you need to get a consultant who can help improve site usability and user experience.

3. What will happen if there are more than two products featured on the home page? The space available seems kinda small. She can use an image ticker for this, though am not sure if its mobile phone friendly
