I too have had a bad run in with them , i have remote site that isn't on the safaricom link , their mails keep getting blocked by a safaricom server even when the ip is not listed in any of the SPAM servers ,i have to keep given them trace routes to sort me out , and of late emails randomly are disappearing and checking the cpanel log it gives a time out error which is strange, and shouldn't  this be held in like a suspence storage waiting to be delivered? , i think they're better off offering a premium email service for a small fee , with a large list of good open source email systems out there im sure they can deploy one ... i've used IWAY Africa email ... one of the best experiences of stable email i've seen that came for free if you're a client
