[Skunkworks] Safaricom Mail Hosting Services..

Hello world, For those of you who are hosting their mail/web services with Safaricom (from domains.safaricom.co.ke) what is your general experience? I advised and assisted a friend to sign up for these services yesterday afternoon. I have been configuring the services - starting with the mail accounts and my experience accessing the Cpanel/Webmail has been awful. Timeouts even when you are on SCOM's network (3G). Is this the norm or it's just an unfortunate day with the speeds?
