Hi guys,
Im in the kilimani area using the yaya base station. We reach this weekend it will be the third weekend with speeds so slow you can open google. Ive called customer care , been hung up on 2wice(assumed it was network issues) And still they keep promising that they will do something about it up to now nothing. Almost 3 weeks m waiting to be called back.
Do guys here have any zuku techs contacts, maybe i will be more sucessfull, Business is suffering coz of this, i cant recive or send emails and i work from home. Any contacts would be appreciated.
