I have Safaricom already and it works wonders. However, I need a backup and also want to hear what experience other people have. Me ruling out the other 2 means I'm either working with them or have in the past worked with them and would not want anything to do with them in future. JTL looks like the way to go. Without Liquid or Access (IS), you are left to deal with Safaricom, JTL and Orange (Telkom). As Wash said, contacts are on their respective websites. But it might all come down to which provider has infrastructure ready in your premises.
