What @Isaac means is that sometimes you need to adhere to professionals especially when you are posting about a job otherwise many people do not take you serious. I know this kind of text writing and abbreviation is the in thing now but when it comes to business, just don't use it. It if frowned upon. 

it is good for your peers and boyfriends out there on Facebook and WhatsApp.
