yes, someone sent me cash, it was in my balance and after a while we agreed he should reverse, he did, got his cash back but there was nothing on my side....no notification or any confirmation, just that my balance was less.

Actually this is not true. I have had someone do a reversal that i knew of but no safaricom contacted me. It was only that I was aware of it.
