"powerful graphics cards" in the graphics card industry is a very vague request to put out.

Maybe you should tell us what you want to use the card for. Because of their architecture some cards can perform better than their higher ended counterparts on certain tasks. Some cards perform on certain games/3D work and not others.

So maybe if you say what you intend to use the card for I may point you in a good direction and you might just discover any regular graphics card might be okay for what you want.
