[Skunkworks] safaricom internet

I use safcom modem frequently, and I've noticed something wierd about their internet like: -At times I cannot get through my server (i.e http). The same is accessible on other networks. The problem is usually on and off, and cant seem to figure reason why. I also noticed the same problem in connecting to other servers, like at the moment I cant connect to "http://www.opensuse.org/" among others. Try to ping the same I get "uknown host" -Also the rendering of some pages on the browser(firefox and konqueror) seem to be affected, like - cant load the stylesheet of goole analytics once logged in. Again the same works well on other networks. Maybe the problem is just on myside....how and why???
