@Rahim, my advice to you is not to go too deep into the subject as its one heck of twist, not only locally but out there too. Best policy is that of simplicity and logic i.e WAS THE SERVICE PROVIDED OR NOT? Here are some raw tips ( my opinion ) : - Did the provider meet your expectations? NO, then drop and move on - Does the provider have good CS? NO, then drop and move on - Does the provider give you utilization proof of stats? NO, then drop and move on - Does the provider compensate you for downtime? NO, then drop and move on - If a provider asks you to fill out a form saying what services you intend to use ? DROP them immediately - Does the provider say " we don't provide sharing between you and us " ? DROP them immediately - Never sign a contract with any provider until your lawyer has seen it. Discuss further terms of service through your legal aid. There are many choices in the market place these days and there are good providers too. HTH's. If you really want to go into the details of networks and internet, I can contribute some info while there are many on this who can too. :-)
