Skunkspeople,<br>Suppose I have a website whose 99% target market is Kenyans and I want to make sure that it is available even when TEAMS/Seacom/EASYY etc are down, is my line of thinking below correct?<br><br>Possible solution 1.<br>
Find me a webhosting company that actually locates the servers here and somehow &#39;peers&#39; at KIXP. Are there such companies?<br><br>Possible solution number 2.<br>Co-locate a server at one of the local providers of such services and get me a public IP address and host my own stuff.<br>
