AK has been unable to provide good services to its domestic client, so I find it funny that they want to go regional. It's like digging your neighbors farm when you can't manage your own..

The  move to go regional is meant to attract the corporate segment of the market which cares more about connectivity between regional offices, if you track the progress of AK over the last few months the company has systematically changed its focus from retail clients to corporate clients.
