In summary, the service providers in KE charge an average of 30k monthly standing fee for an E1. That's besides your call charges. That is also besides the installation fees. What your perspective of VoIP is is what I don't understand, so I still insist you cover this with details. Well, the experts here may hold different view and answer to VoIP in it's broad meaning - not limited in any way. For me, I'll say VoIP is way cheaper because there is no standing fee of 30k for the VoIP line :-) That is cost. Benefits and Implications - that is a wide one.
