That will all depend with the region! If in Nairobi and in all the Cities in Kenya giving anyone less than Ksh25,000 is slavery! I humiliatively started with Ksh 13,000 some 10 years ago and would barely survive!My pure recomendation is Ksh 25,000 else the company does not need the IT Support personnel, thats a provision for a grown company.
