That ship has sailed. It is unlikely Nokia will ever make a mobile device.
The current Nokia tablet is made and owned by a Chinese company, which license the Nokia trademark and other patents from Nokia. Same way Alcatel OneTouch is made by a Chinese company and not by AlcatelLucent.
