-in network connections, right-click on the modem's conmection icon,
and got to properties
-on the "properties" dialog that pops up, click on the "advanced" tab

have more than one LAN card, select the one through which to share
net...

usually, windows will set up a dhcp server to gove off IPs therough
the secind lan card. by default, it also sets that lan card to
192.168.0.1. if u have dhcp issues, set up IPs manually, using
192.168.0.1 as the gateway address. for DNS, use the same ip, or use
the cmd command "ipconfig /all" to get details of the dns servers ur
modem is using itself, and set them up on your other comps.
