Check the Nokia's I mentioned earlier (E51 and E52). They come with "voice aid" as standard. I've just tested it. It actually has it's own set of sub menu's to access contacts, messages as well as settings such as blue tooth.

Sure it is but it is. All the phone models I can find none has the text to audio feature. More also how will the blind guy navigate his saved contacts without the audio feature.
