I thought you meant bitdefender and kaspersky were running on the same machine.

Just investigate using the tools to see what your machine runs at strartup and currently then you can know what to do next. Laptopts especially have lots of crapware bundled by their manufacturers

Do you mean PC's in a network shouldn't run different antiviruses;
should be either one or the other for all machines? No machine has two
antiviruses running.
