While you wait for the outcome to your petitions, here's what I know about this whole matter

1. Lots of customers (both prepaid & postpaid) have recently noticed a sharp increase in their electricity bills for fairly the same consumption over a period of time. Is KPLC playing monkey games?

2. KPLC favours customers with lower consumption rates by penalising those considered as 'heavy users'. For pre-paid users, it's been reported that you get more value for your money if you split your monthly consumption into multiple smaller tokens as opposed to when you purchase one single token (hence bundled into the 'heavy user' band)

I'm on postpaid and my last bill did shoot up. I'll analyse the observations when I get the chance, as well as post some link to some of the claims when I dig it up.
