What sware are you using to create the start up disk ....have you tried using <a href="http://www.pendrivelinux.com/downloads/Universal-USB-Installer/Universal-USB-Installer-1.8.4.0.exe">this?</a><br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

I think I am going insane. I reboot the machine and it tells me Boot error on the flash. ive tried with the debs, with the 10.10 and with the 11.04. ive narrowed it to the flash or the new startup creator, i installed the kde version of startup creator and nothing as yet.... </div>
