We are urgently looking for Resources for the role of Developer + Business Analyst with 3-5 years experience on .NET, Java.
for Application Management Systems for multiple locations including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia etc.
Key skills and Expectation (to have knowledge of and experience in):
· Demonstrate good understanding of Telecommunications industry domain.
· Demonstrate good understanding of BSS/OSS.
· GSM Industry trends, issues and challenges.
· Key solutions within the industry.
· Ability to understand Business process, policies and procedures.
· Ability to communicate and convince business on his/her view point.
· Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation.
· Experience in meeting deadlines in a high pressure environment.
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multi-task assignments.
· Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
· Completer/finisher.
· Team player / “builder”.
Personal Profile Required:
· Work Experience : Ideally demonstrate 3-5 years’ experience with specific emphasis in the following areas:
o Telecom industry environment especially GSM
o Solution Development
o Business requirement gathering / Business Analysis
o IT project management
o Client/Relationship management
· Education: Major in IT with focus on management.
· Language: Demonstrate high level of written and oral communication skills in the English language plus French (for francophone countries)
