Allan, Any DNS server should be able to resolve any hostname is published publicly. You can always use your local provider's DNS, that's the easiest (least latency) option you have. Aside from that, you can use Liquid Telecom's anycast DNS 5.11.11.5 and 5.11.11.11, they are hosted somewhere in Africa (not sure if Kenya). Omani.
