Hi, I think NIC is worth a mention. It's been bliss since i moved about a yr ago. here is the 800Ksh per month charge, just like stanchart, but now the queues are almost non-existent, very quick service. They are very tight on the whole fraud thing, no assumptions. Only problem so far is the number of ATMs and branches which are very few even within the CBD. In short they care about their customers more than the average bank does. I could go on and on but like I said.....
