Is that the same reason Nexus 4, Lumia 920, etc have non-removable batteries?

Assuming you'll use this phone until the battery starts becoming inefficient, what do you intend to do? Sell it, or get a battery replacement kit from where you sourced it? I had to do that for my Nexus 4, but I'd love to have a phone which is not allergic to Discovery Batteries which are available locally:)

The storage is not an issue though.
