[Skunkworks] Anyone on Zuku

Since moving to seacom would zuku users advise if its now ok to subscribe to their service. I am a bit jittery about committing equipment costs to a ISP then the service ends up being lousy. Speaking of which is there any form of consumer protection from the CCK against ISPs who promise good speeds but do not deliver but you are bound to a contract and expensive equipment costs ? Kevin
