As far as ISPs are concerned, you have to test them yourself as experiences vary

Zuku has a VERY VERY bad reputation but i haven't had any bad experiences myself (exept for the hidden cost on equipment the loan). Been with them since last year.

Saf as you claim "having minimal or no down time" may be ok to you but for me..., i was once deducted 8bob daily without receiving my 10mb for about 3 weeks & even tho customer care aknowledged the problem they handled the case poorly. I got 24 bob refund.
But i got to hand it to them, besides ukora yao they have the fastest mobile internet. Airtel can't see them even if they had 3 eyes.

KDN likes cooprate clients more than us home and small office users.

Access same as above. To them good customer support means they deny you admin rights take control over your router...you can guess what they can do with that. AK router's always look like a crime scene... alot of red and yellow tape;


If an ISP is still in business, it has more happier customers than pissed off customers.
So your only option is to chose one and hope you will belong to the former group.
