Hello guys;

I have very strange issue with mails for one of my clients.

Emails are not working on Outlook (something to do with Botnet Detention). Check on the IP address shows its clean (not listed anywhere). However Webmail is working fine.

Now what makes it more strange is the fact that on a different ISP outlook is working fine (can send receive and even set up new email account).

We have contacted the ISP (JTL faiba) and they confirm nothing is blocked on their side. The host also claims they have not listed or blocked any public IP from the ISP.

Anyone here with a solution to this issue?
