Imagine the President requesting through email, summary reports of financial data from IFMIS sent to him every Thursday without fail. 1. Email becomes a key communication tool because the President uses it 2. From the data entry person to the Minister... pressure to provide accurate financial data required by the President every Thursday 3. If records can be pulled out from Treasury at x amount of time, then why is it taking a country x + .... amount of time to do something similar if not less complex ... Pressure on County systems to automate 4.
