If I place an e-mail out there with my M-PEAS and ZAPPA account numbers and say you can send e-mail (don't see them as Radio/TV/Press Ads) to my list at a fee (payable via my M-PEAS/ZAPPA numbers), what is so illegal about it?
I'd say it is perfectly legal. If there is a law that says "I must register my business" before being allowed to do such, then I'd say it's not legal until I do that, but in the absence thereof of any such law, then I'll be home and dry anyway, no?
Anyone from KRA would tell you it is illegal without arguing why.
