For my whole life, i have never had problems setting up samba as a PDC. I have installed ubuntu 9. 64bit, set up dhcp flawlessly, set up webmin and apache, mysql and php. The only problem im having issues with is joining users to the domain. Im getting a "bad user or password" error that i just cannot figure out the problem. Anyone know whats the issue, or better still, anyone with a working ubuntu 9.X PDC to share their smb.conf file? would make things a lot easier.
