Well, the issue is there is a long standing saga between the TZ government and the Dr.s in Tz.Drs have their demands that they want the government to deal with them otherwise they will keep on protesting.Dr. Ulimboka was the leader of their community and a kind of radical.
After the long negotiations ,things were still worsening while people were dying in government hospitals.Government went for military trained Drs but no where they could match up with the traffic of patients lets alone the challenges related to competency.As its well obvious now the ruling CCM is in ICU and under too much pressure CHADEMA to be the next opposition party(just like the retired KANU), the incumbent government decided to go for Mafia style .Using its intelligence wing they kidnapped the dr. Ulimboka and moved him to the infamous torture site in remote bush.The guys did what they can do best "torture" uprooted his teeth ,his nails using pliers, beat him inhumanly and dumped his body in the bush while he was unconscious.Luckily the guy was alive and served by a passerby.It tool a while before the news spread all over the country .
As if the issue was not over, dr Ulimboka was in Hospital with a crouwn of people and fellow Dr.a guy from the national intelligence was found busy reporting to his masters that the guy is still alive.People were very furious and they started beating him intending to kill him before the police could come and rescue him.Drama were never over the same guy from state house who was involved in kidnapping of the dr came into the hospital.The weak dr . asked him openly and calmly to return his wallet and phone.The dots started to be connected.
After all these drama the " MAGAMBA" CCM was confused,disabled and under tremendous pressures.The plan A was to take some prisoners from the countries most notorious prisons and relocated them to the same bush,kill them, bring the news to the public that "The guys have beet caught and killed in the police ambush and gun exchange". Chances are foreign citizens were the target.So now they have decided to go for this Kenyan guy(No one is sure if they have an agreement to divert the attention or he is a sacrifice).Luckily kenyan embassy has come into the public and notify the publuc that they are closely following the issue.
