That would depend on the payment plan - from where I stand, it can never be unlimited, although dedicated hosting can actually have unlimited, so maybe someone with an actual experience with that host may shed more light. My guess would be unlimited sub-domains, no one can give you unlimited domains for whatever you pay for hosting - should be water under the bridge.
Never used them though.
