@ Dennis, neither is better than the other. If one opts to text, then
evidence is clear and the repercussions could be this. Calling on the
other hand, will still leave the evidence accesible because the telco
can be asked by the court to produce the voice data! If asked for my
choice, face to face would work best and letter writing would be
better, unless of course, KCA applies!
