Looking for a way I can:
  1. Buy tonnes of airtime by wiring cash into an account and top up if nessesary
  2. Use an API to send airtime to subscribers eg http://ip.address.com/send?number=254794838232&amount=120
  3. A way to check how much airtime is left on my account (on a web portal or via API)
  4. Get 1 above on discount (will be doing volumes aprox 400k subscribers monthly each getting USD 2 equivalent in local currency across all countries below, half going to Kenya and Nigeria combined)
  5. Provider will be paid a service fee (fixed per month, per transaction, % of value whatever they are happy with)
For a service to reward loyal customers starting 1st Nov running for 2 years

Need costs by end of this month to prepare.

Countries are Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Uganda, Zambia.
