Hello, If you are on twitter, handle your business on public TL (Not DM) and they will sort you out quick fast and in a hurry, and you wont get treated like a retard the way their Customer Service people tend to do sometimes. For instance, On Saturday 11pm, my bundles ran out....suspicously they were also experiencing some trouble with their USSD, so no top up and no net for me :( have anaa phone on Safaricom, logged on to twitter and got sorted :) [they hadn't fixed the USSD problem so on request (after I had loaded my account) they purchased my desired bundles ] Social Media power hehe! @Airtel_KE Sad that you have to threaten them with a bad rep to get them to work, but if it (Social Media) works, don't fix it. @John, allow me to disagree. When someone does something wrong, they need to know they have done something wrong. Now, if you shut up and "ship out", that someone will continue doing the wrong thing to other people. And i think this is what is meant in the phrase, *evil prospers when good people do nothing*.
I too received this "lucky" subscription to Ziki, i've preserved that sms to date. I resolved it by calling customer care several times (like 10 times in one hour), being very angry and only short of calling them idiotic morons.
There must be legal ways of lodging a complaint about this.
