See the email i had sent earlier (no attachment this time download it off the link below):

I know many of you have been waiting for some info about this from me. For faster attention on this, please email opg@bernsoft.com.

Yes, indeed the gateway exists. Below find requirements (AFAIK).

1. Get yourself a Paybill Number. (If you do not wish to get a paybill number or wish to get started faster, do let me know)
2. Request for the Paybill Number to be linked with MPESA ONLINE (i can assist you with this once you have a Paybill Number).
3. An account gets created and you do the integration (we can do this for you).
4. If you have a Paypal account, we shall integrate it to this gateway so your customers have an additional payment method -

To see a quick dirty test:

http://www.bernsoft.com/testshop.php

When you click Pay on that page, it should lead you to the Safaricom Payment Gateway where you cann complete transaction and be routed back to our Product page. You will note when at that payment page, that you can Pay via MPESA or Paypal (at the bottom).

Download the integration guide here: http://bernsoft.com/mpesaonlineintegration_v1 2.pdf. Although the examples herein are mostly PHP, any other dev language would probably work.

Bernsoft is an integration partner for Safaricom M-PESA Online so if you are serious about getting on board we can guide you further. Email us on opg@bernsoft.com

Hi,

For those who may not be aware Safaricom now has an online payment gateway which you can integrate into your applications/websites and have transactions processed seamless.

My tests of the gateway show that its integrated with M-PESA as well as Paypal which means you can have your customers choose to pay you via M-PESA or via any Credit Card/Debit Card.

Contact me off-list for more details or for me to put you in touch with the integration team (not sure i can publish their contacts here without their info).

Regards
