No, if the website content is open and not copyrighted or requires no permission for reuse.

Some sites do not allow it, they strictly reserve their copyrights.
Some others do, especially if you read the contents of its pages to
the end. The author kind of rewards you by giving you permission to
mirror the page so long as you do not modify its content in any form.
