What they re good at is making hardware, internet links, power, etc none of your worries.<br>

Get an extra Physical server and install a type 1 Hypervisor preferably VMWare Vsphere 4.1(esxi) which is basically free. On top of this get yourself some storage to host your VMs. If storage is expensive, just buy a normal server and install open filler and create an iSCSI target for the ESX/ESXi Hosts.<br>
