Been having the same problem this week with 1 domain hosted by them. It is an issue to with safcom and to some extent your isp. Some users had the problem but users in the field were ok on safcom modems. The office uses JTL. After back and forth with safcom, it worked ok but they didn’t admit the problem as on their end.

check on timeouts.

sometimes the mail server can timeout after sending so it assumes the mail did not go out
