I think it's that time of the year when cases of insecurity are on the rise. I think police road blocks are there for a reason, use them especially if you are using the public means, no matter what time of the night it is. You never know who you are seated with.[?] We passed one by only to get jacked a few minutes later....phones wallets the works. This happened at around 1930, pretty early if you ask me.
