Just out of curiousity, all those service providers now have a unified license, dont they? So they can offer wifi / wimax, right? I moved away from suddericom as well a few months ago, I'm now with Zain and horej! An I'm glad I made the shift.
If they do decide to move to 4G, I believe that would also open the front to the iTunes store for Kenya. From my grapevine, the wait on our store opening is the restriction on bwidth.
I will try and find out more about the 4g as well as get more info on the app store for Kenya
