Flogging a solution for a problem that does not exist is not a smart move IMO. Safaricom keeps its clientele because it works. you want fast internet? safaricom has HSDPA and works right off a regular simcard. Want to transfer money? Safaricom has a countrywide network, bank affiliations, and western union. Are you a techno dweeb? Safaricom has an array of android,blackberry,nokia,sony erickson handsets and assorted tablets from the cheap to the not so cheap. . .the choice is yours. . <br>

<br>For Airtel and Orange (Yu is technically owned by Vodafone) the ecosystem does not exist yet or is not juicy enough for most of the people I know to waarrant a move. maybe the targeted demographic is different?<br><br>
