Cant this introduce a new Pandora's box of fraud ???

Like if some guy wants to win ?(eg former president zeal of tactics> ; they make photocopies of the fingerprints from the database and place them on the panel ?

Or "Riveroad" will make those resin/gel/polythene imprints for the thumbs @ Karaja's General Electrical Shop and Cybercafe

<I understand some systems may be so dumb, they accept fingerprint photocopies>
