There seem to be numerous SSL errors on the KENIC website - see attached screenshot - makes convincing people to go .ke a whole lot more difficult when they greeted with scary "keep away" messages.
I am thinking that most people going to KENIC website would mostly be those who have enough technical knowledge to discern what a self-signed certificate is. I suppose KENIC needs a commercial certificate, signed by Thawte (because it's African by descent):-)
