When I completed university so long ago, I was so young no one wanted me to work with them except one mzungu headed company. The rest thought I didn't even make it past first year, despite all the transcripts. Thats our attitude. This guy is headed for a brighter future, by the way. Always wondered how that can be replicated here. I guess with our higher unemployment rate, it's a much trickier proposition.
