Don't see much difference between Element OS and Gnome 3. 

As Mugambi points out, there's even a greater challenge of familiarity - software and settings and doing things like you are used to. People are scared of change.

I actually hate the new OSX interfaces from Mavericks with all the transparency thingy. My best OS interface was OSX tiger with the metallic brush metal finish.


Unfrotunatly my photoshop, 3DSMax run on windows only so would have to dual boot. But for application system dev. its going to be Element OS.
