If the app can: 1. Help reduce un-necessary expenses i.e. provide a means for avoiding cops, kanju or slow moving jam 2. Help increase revenue, know where there are lots of wathii and few mats, jam escape routes for faster round trip, cheaper fuel etc Then maybe it might have a chance.
